DISASTER RESPONSE
HURRICANE MELISSA
Mission of Hope has built a strong, trusted distribution and ministry network over the years—one that allows us to respond quickly and effectively when disaster strikes. Through this model, we’re able to deliver critical relief supplies, provide hope, and meet both physical and spiritual needs in the midst of crisis.
Since Hurricane Melissa dumped heavy rain on the southern part of Haiti, Mission of Hope, in partnership with our affiliate organization, CaribbeanOne, has responded by sending our relief ship, True North, filled with life-saving food and supplies to partner organizations.
While one voyage has already taken place, we are preparing for another response soon with additional supplies to help those who are in desperate need.
Your donations to our disaster response efforts directly support this mission—enabling our teams to mobilize swiftly, bring essential resources to those most affected, and serve the most vulnerable in their time of greatest need.
WHAT CAN YOU DO?
Pray.
Please join us in praying for protection for the people of Haiti, Jamaica, and the Caribbean islands, for wisdom for local leaders and responders, and for God’s provision of resources and manpower.
Give.
Your financial support helps provide emergency food, clean water, and essential supplies when disaster strikes. Every gift equips Mission of Hope to respond quickly and bring help to those who need it most.
