DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Are you passionate about connecting people to opportunities that make a lasting difference? Mission of Hope is seeking a high-performing Senior Development Officer to join our Development Team and help drive life transformation across Haiti and the Dominican Republic. In this strategic, relationship-driven role, you’ll cultivate new major partners, expand existing relationships, and fuel sustainable revenue growth through bold, clear invitations to generosity.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator and self-starter with a strong track record in fundraising, sales, or business development. You’ll lead meaningful conversations with high-capacity individuals, churches, and organizations by building long-term partnerships that help us reach every man, woman, and child on the island.

This position includes a competitive salary plus performance-based incentives. Travel is required.
